Tired of not being a ble to move

So I tried to reply to a devs response to another FC having this same issue but it wouldn't let me, and well our FC already did what they dev told that FC to do... days ago. So i'll start a new thread we have been trying to move for over a week from our fc house. We have contacted a member twice and told them to delete their room, they said it was empty so it doesn't matter. then logged off and never logged in again. Several of our leaders have filed reports but only one has got a response, and it's over 24hr+ in between each response. We never heard from a GM at all since early yesterday morning. Because you keep transferring us to another GM saying this new GM will help us. and they don't. They know everything the old GM does so why are we getting transferred over and over? The player, He gave us permission to delete his room(they assumed we have the ability) it's been over a week and we haven't seen them. Your response to the other thread was was just send a gm a message and they will help you. We tried that and it's not working. waiting till .35 won't help us. WE are literally being held hostage by 1 member.

I'm in the same FC as U'riel, and this one problem is starting to grow even bigger as the days go by. We've already lost a few members due to this issue, and other members are saying that we aren't doing anything about it, which honestly we can't! The only thing we can do is contact GM support, which several members have already done. Only one of us have really gotten anywhere with it buts it's been almost three days sense the last word they had with them. We understand that a patch will be coming out to eventually fix this problem, but we honestly can't wait for it if we want to keep things steady and good in our FC.
