GC order of the twin adder

>Hello! I am having an issue that I think may be a bug. I am currently Chief Serpent Sergeant in the Twin Adder Grand Company. In order to get the next promotion, I had to complete a mission from Vorsaile heuloix and complete Hunting Log Rank 2. I have done and completed both of these! However, when I speak to the Personnel Officer for a promotion, she states "In order to receive your next promotion, not only must you complete a trial, but you are also required to complete rank 2 in the Grand Company objectives of your hunting log. Alas, it would seem you have yet to fulfill the latter." I HAVE COMPLETED HUNTING LOG RANK 2! I have completed the story and I am level 50.
i re done the dungens and i cant get the quest lets hunt began util i get promoted
and i cant promoted plz fix this been trying for weeks now with no luck its so annoying
