Freakin Elite Hunt LS Recruiting Officers

For the past two weeks I've been running a temporary linkshell for every active hunter on Leviathan to use so we can all communicate and cooperate to have a happier hunting experience. I've been trying to automate the process as much as process, and almost have a web page ready to go so people can waitlist on there and be picked up rather than look for myself to send me a /tell.
