Weird stutter while gathering (bug?)

So i only remember coming across this maybe last friday at the earliest which is why i suspect the game and 1.18 are the issue somehow. When gathering, the icon that moves up and down (botanist) or in and out (miner) has a weird jitter every few seconds, here are videos to show when i mean:

As you can imagine this is very irritating while gathering as i can find myself clicking the spot i need on time but when it stops the jitter has occurred and it lands way off.

I have performed some troubleshooting of my own to rule out things my end. First I turned all my graphics settings to the lowest possible (a 'safe mode' if you will) to rule out some fps issue. Then I tried 3 different Nvidia drivers (one newer, 2 older versions). Then to rule out other hardware i reduced all my components to stock clocks (cpu, memory). Nothing has been effective.

It seems to be a stutter only affecting this one bit of the UI, my general gameplay is not like that. For example, i can spin the camera around my character continuously and it is smooth as butter.

I have asked another gatherer in my shell and they do not have this issue.

Help!

Think i found the issue, it was related to a bluetooth thingymajig, i guess it was scanning for devices or something.
