Can Odin/Behemoth drop hunt seals?

Currently I find it can be a little difficult sometimes to get much of a group together and kill either of these. Usually the response when asking others to help out is "do they drop allied seals? no? not interested"

They are every bit as big and as bad as any rank S hunt. Just doesn't seem right for the horde to just ignore these threats to Eorzea in favor of killing Bloody Mary for the 5000th time.

Would it not be appropriate to just add some allied seals to the rewards for these fights? Or perhaps add a vendor to exchange odin mantles or behemoth horns for seals?

People still do them on numerous servers. I'm assuming they also follow the FATE guidelines of being easier to kill if it's a fail for the following spawn. I'd venture to guess that if they rarely get any activity across all servers, both of them might get some kind of change coming. Be it easier to kill with smaller groups or changing what you can do with their drops.

Kind of silly that they wont just stay up until killed like a proper monster of such strength should be.
