Please Add a Direct Link the Forum Guidelines

As it is now, you need to know where to look for the Forum Guidelines on the Support Center in order to find them. Usually, the easiest way is to know that there is a link in the stickied post in each sub-forum, the "Welcome to the [Forum Name] Forum" post, but not everybody reads these stickied posts and it is very hard to find the Forum Guidelines without knowing that there is a link in the stickied Welcome thread.

By not having an accessible link directly to the Forum Guidelines, it is difficult to check whether my post or thread abides by the Forum Guidelines or whether I should report a post or thread that I might find disagreeable enough to bring to the attention of the forum moderators.

I suggest adding a link directly to the Forum Guidlines, entitled "Rules," on the Forum header, right next to the FAQ link.
