Option to build the party list from the bottom up.

Hey there! o/

Could we please get an option to build the party list from the bottom up instead of the top down?

The way I have my UI set up I have my party list at the bottom left of my screen and when I am in a party of less then 8, the party list just kinda floats there in mid air.

This also brings up the point of:
Can we have the option to chose where we are in the party list?

When I'm Tanking/Healing I like being at the top of the list as it's easier for me to keep track of everyone's HP/Hate in comparison to mine. However When I DPS I'd like to be at the bottom of the party list so that I can better keep track of what the tanks/healers are up to.
