Adobe Flash dosnt load on main page only

Ill edit my question , and post some pictures , something is broken on my side, but i have no idea what it could be causing it , so maybe someone has an idea

this is pretty annoying , so any ideas how to fix this are appreciated.

ive tryed reinstalling chrome,firefox,java, flash
but nothing worked so far^^
