Desynthesis while auto-running crashes interface

Steps:
1. Have items to desynthesise in your inventory
2. Use auto-run on your character
3. Use the menu to desynthesise item
4. Experience a few seconds lag, then the "flashing" animation of desynth appears
5. Item is not desynthesised, all subsequent menu actions are blocked and result in error messages ("cannot be executed at this time" or "unable to execute while handling items"). The only way to make the interface work again is to force a client restart.
