Several problems...

Area and coordinates: Market Board
Items I purchased this morning at around 7-8 AM EST (two Savage Aim MAteria 3) show in the history as being purchased. My gil went down but no items are on my person, retainers, or anything.
Frequency: Only once

Area and coordinates: Duty Finder
Disconnected from the game and forced to log out completely or onto a secondary character whenever I try to connect.
Frequency: Happened continuously for the day if not with a pre-formed party.

Area and Coordinates: Crappy bug report in-game system.
What happened to the prompt, polite, and courteous system where I spoke to actual people and had my problem resolved within an hour in-game that is still used in FF11 to this day? This system is horribly designed.
