I think it's an item from 1.0. I still have some for the Adders. Maybe a brief shower of effects and such.
No, I believe those two, as well as another I found in the database are new. Likely come from Unhidden maps or Ventures or something.
The following Magicked Prisms are from 1.0:
Harbor Herald, Mythril Eye, The Raven (show the logo of the 3 newspapers over your head)
Crimson Star, Emerald Star, Indigo Star (show a red, green or blue star over your head)
Maelstrom, Twin Adder, Immortal Flames (show the logo of the GC over your head)

I get most of my Magicked Prisms and whathaveyous from Quick Ventures. I thought they were all 1.0 items. I'll check to see if I've gotten these two.
