World transfer

I've been playing for about 5 days now, I decided to do a world transfer did the whole payment and everything. Received an email confirming my payment as well.
However, my character has yet to actually be transferred and it's been maybe about 23 hours now.
Further detail, I did the world transfer during the maintenance last night, didn't seem to effect anything. How long is the average wait time, I've heard people get in about less than 30min tops.

One of the service's terms says:

"Your free trial for the service account to be used has yet to expire, and you have yet to be charged a service fee."

You say you've been playing for about five days. I believe the free trial for a new game purchase is for one month. So it sounds like you might need to wait another 25 days or so.

You can try using the in-game support center for more help; maybe they will refund the money or something.

Frankly - considering the level you're at I'd simply start at new server from scratch for free - you can level to 20 in 1 day (just skip the story dialogs which you've already seen) ...
