Turn 6 Enmity Issues on Slugs after Patch 2.3 - Paladin
To: FF14 Dev Team,
After Patch 2.3, I've noticed a Bug / Problems happening in Turn 6 (The Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 1) when the 3 Dark Matter SLUGS spawn in during the Rafflesia fight:
During the final phase of the Rafflesia fight, the 3 Dark Matter Slugs will spawn where Rafflesia is.
PRIOR to Patch 2.3, the Off Tank (Paladin) could use FLASH (w/ Shield Oath) x 2 - 3 times and grab Hate / Enmity on the 3 Slugs. They would stick with the OT and you can move it away during Acid Rain and then hold them.
AFTER Patch 2.3, with the same Gear Set, same conditions, and NO ONE hitting the Slugs, when they spawn in, using repeated Flashes does NOT get hate on the 3 Dark Matter Slugs.
You see them spawn in Yellow (unclaimed), then turn RED, and run after the Main Tank & Rafflesia. It's as if the 3 Dark Matter Slugs have suddenly gained the Enmity Table of Rafflesia and follow Rafflesia's #1 Enmity Target (the Main Tank).
This has been confirmed and verified across multiple Second Coil Groups on my Server and on the Forums.
Something broke with this Turn 6 fight and the 3 Dark Matter Slugs.
Please fix this!

Steps:
1. Load up Final Fantasy XIV in Full Screen Mode. (FYI: I run an Nvidia GeForce Graphics Card (660 Ti).)
2. Once in the game, enter The Second Coil of Bahamut Turn 1 (Turn 6) as Paladin, with a proper party.
3. Beat down Rafflesia, until you get to the start of the Final Phase (Leafstorm starts).
4. At this point, 3 Dark Matter Slugs will spawn right where Rafflesia is. The Off Tank Paladin (w/ Shield Oath) uses FLASH (multiple times).
Have the Main Tank move away from the center with Rafflesia (so you can clearly see what happens):
Result: The 3 Dark Matter Slugs will NOT be affected by the Off Tank's Flash. Instead, all 3 Slugs will chase after the Main Tank and Rafflesia.
No other Party Member is attacking or touching the 3 Slugs, yet they will all go after the Main Tank / Stick w/ Rafflesia. It's as if they immediately gain Rafflesia's Enmity / Hate Table, or something?
This did NOT happen prior to Patch 2.3. The Off Tank would have No Issues grabbing all 3 Dark Matter Slugs and then holding Hate / Enmity and moving them around. After 2.3, with Shield Oath active, well-geared, the 3 Dark Matter Slugs just go running off w/ Rafflesia.
Verified 100% (repeated wins / attempts) and checked with other top Second Coil groups on my server.
Please fix this.
