Hunt Board

Daily Bills are acquired from the Hunt Board which vary wildly between players. These are taken on by anyone, but the reward is only for the bill holder. Rewards minor tomestones and allied seals (more than now), along with a B-Rank Bill.

B-Rank Bills spawn instanced hunt NMs that players will need some help from a smaller party with. The reward will be given to all participants (more tomestones/seals) but an A-Rank Bill will be given to the one who spawned it.

A-Rank Bills will work in a similar instanced manner but need a Full Party, and have greater tomestone and seal rewards.

S-Rank NMs remain untouched, as 24-hour timer is limiting enough.

Open world content is controlled but not destroyed, amounts of reward are limited only by the number of people you're willing to help, and daily bills gain a use as they're the only way to get the higher ranking bills--and B/A Rank NMs aren't a waste of time to most.
