You'll probably have to wait if you want to get it from an official source.
Once they have enough new music there'll likely be a 2nd soundtrack, which will likely only include the music not on the other sound tracks. I'm guessing this would happen at the earliest after the expansion is released.
Hmm considering the last soundtrack was pre 2.2(only one 2.2 song on there) and there was plenty of music added in 2.2 and post 2.2 I'm thinking around the fanfest/end of year(seening as it took ~9 months for the last one)...
