[NA] NA/EU Data Center Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Jul. 22)
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the North American/European data center wherein players are unable to log into several Worlds on FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.
Additionally, we are also experiencing technical difficulties with Aether and Chaos data center Worlds wherein players are disconnected from certain instances and unable to log back in.
The issue is being investigated and addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

[NA] NA/EU Data Center Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Jul. 22): Follow up
We would like to update you concerning the previously announced technical difficulty we are experiencing with several Worlds in the North American/European data center.
Currently, players on the Adamantoise/Shiva/Moogle Worlds, as well as players who were participating in instances on the Aether/Chaos data center Worlds, continue to be unable to log in.
We continued to work on recovery throughout the emergency maintenance, but because there is a malfunction of the database server equipment, recovery may take longer than expected as we must be thorough to investigate whether data was affected.
As a result, there is a possibility that some characters which were affected by this issue may experience the following:
- Character data of players affected on the Adamantoise/Shiva/Moogle Worlds may be reverted to a previous state by a maximum of up to 30 minutes.
- Characters that were participating in instances in the Aether/Chaos data center Worlds during the issue may not have their progress in the instance saved.
We will be sure to keep you updated on any progress in this matter, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

[NA] Recovery From NA/EU Data Center Several Worlds Technical Difficulties (Jul. 22)
At the following time we were experiencing a technical difficulty with the North American/European data center in which players could not log in to the Adamantoise/Shiva/Moogle Worlds, and players participating in instances on the Aether/Chaos data center Worlds were disconnected from the instance and unable to log back in.
The issue has now been addressed, but because there was an issue with the database server equipment, there is a possibility that some characters which were affected by this issue may experience the following:
- Character data of players affected on the Adamantoise/Shiva/Moogle Worlds may be reverted to a previous state by a maximum of up to 30 minutes.
- Characters that were participating in instances in the Aether/Chaos data center Worlds during the issue may not have their progress in the instance saved.
