Cannot Transfer Character

Hello everyone! I have already submitted a ticket for this, but am going ahead to make a post to see if there is a fast fix for the issue I am running into. I have been trying to transfer my character from Balmung to Famfrit to play with some friends, but to no avail. I have tried everything on their list of possible issues such as removing all my items from the Calamity Salvager, making sure my retainer isn't selling stuff, making sure I'm not in a Free Company, etc., but nothing has worked. Further, I know that Famfrit is accepting transfers. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue before and knows a fix for it, or if I am simply stuck waiting on my ticket.

Figured it out. Apparently I needed both of my retainers. Odd. Anywho, thanks anyone who looked at this!
