Anyone else use these SCH macros?

/ac Physick <me> --> up on d pad
/ac Physick <2> --> left on d pad
/ac Physick <3> --> down on d pad
/ac Physick <4> --> right on d pad
/ac Physick <5> --> triangle
/ac Physick <6> --> square
/ac Physick <7> --> X
/ac Physick <8> --> circle

put these on the L2-->R2 Hotbar and then do Adlo macros for the R2-->L2 hotbar. That way u can heal without having to scroll thru the party list

no but I use mouse/keyboard and use <mo> to heal who I mouse over.

Good idea for macros for the PS3/4 through.

I try to keep almost everything I need for battle on one hot bar and crossbar, so I don't have enough slots for an arrangement like that. How do you manage your other skills?

you know you can quick switch right? You hold L2 and push R2 and you get a whole new set of hotbars. You can do the same thing but reversed (Hold R2 push L2) so you can have quick access to 3 crossbars.

I believe that is what the OP is doing.

Yeah, but by the time you go through all the other abilities and pet commands, having two whole hotbars dedicated just Physick and Adloquium doesn't really leave enough space.

Five essential pet commands (Heel, Stay, Obey, Sic, and Place), eight pet abilities, 23 Scholar abilities and spells , Swiftcast, Protect, and Stoneskin makes 39. I don't bother micromanaging Selene, so I could see dropping those four for a total of 35.

Total slots with R2, L2, R2+L2, and L2+R2 is 32. If you take 16 of those for just two spells, that leaves 16 slots for 33 abilities and spells. You could simply assign them to another hotbar set, but I prefer not to have to switch hotbar sets during battle unless I must.

We think very similarly in how we set our stuff. One thing I do to save spaces is I made four pet ability macros that do double duty to command both pets. For example, I have whispering dawn and silent dusk written into the same macro so I can use one slot for both. For embrace, if you macro /pac "embrace", it will work for both faeries. The macro icon, of course, only works for one pet that way (I have them set for Eos), but it is a worthwhile trade off. I also shrunk the pet hot bar and stuck it in the bottom right corner of the screen for when I need to see her cooldown status.

For Selene, I haven't been bothering with micromanaging her either, but the macros give me that flexibility, if I ever wanted to.

I've only gotten to level 44 on scholar, so I haven't played advanced stuff yet. I have place and heel on my hot bar, but haven't used them much. How do you use place, heel, and stay? Under what circumstances do you use them instead of letting her follow you? Can I get by with place and heel, or do I need to make room on my hot bar for stay?

i use 3 hotbars and im kind of fine. the first is full of heals and eos abilities. the second is dps, and the third is the rest with ressurection, all summons, macros to obey or to sic, mount and everything. normally i dont really have problems to heal anyone on time, im quite quick on scrolling with dpad through party.
but its all up to everyone
the only thing that i dont understand is people who make those long 5+ second macros.
