What's Cerberus Really Like? [Swapping Servers & Raid Hunting]

Hi,

I'm looking to swap servers from Exodus (NA) to Cerberus!
Raiding at 1am-3am+ several nights a week has started to take its toll on me and I'm tired of logging on with the server practically empty except for some benefit scroungers online not working.

I'm interested in joining an evening raid group progressing into T9 ready for the swap, but happy to come across if there's a friendly Free Company just learning T7+ (It's what I'm stuck doing on Exouds anyway)

I haven't cleared T8 yet, but with my previous group before they moved to 4am raids, I managed to get an incredibly thorough understanding of the fight.

I'm a very confident healer, but not much else!
