I love to crafting different types of arrows, and the poison arrows looks awesome, and I want this to large battles:

Two types of PUG rol!, marauder has Defender, can pug have the same type of skill to change the battle system and position of the char?

They did, sort of, with Light Strike and Heavy Strike. They were made more evasive with one. Plus there are things like Haymaker and Featherfoot that offer their "defensive" stance.
Similarly, Marauder has Fracture and Foresight.
Each have their own ways of basically doing the same exact thing.
What I do find hilarious about the obviously abandoned finalfantasyxiv.com is that they still list Steal as a Pugilist ability. Haha.
