Collectors edition mounts not appearing

I have recently obtained a chocobo license and own the collectors edition of the game, I have used the in game items to obtain my new mounts, the coerl and the fat chocobo but they have not appeared in my mount guide. I have spoke to the games masters about this and they have told me in order to resolve this issue I need to report it here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
