Payment error 11000

Reproduction:

1: Log into MogStation
2: Click Recurring Subscription Setup
3: Select options (Entry, MasterCard)
4: Input credit card information and enter
5: Click next on credit card registration confirmation
6: Click next on accuracy confirmation
7: Receive the following error:

ERROR (11000)

A technical issue has occurred.
Try accessing the site again. If the issue still has not been resolved, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.

I had received the same error before 2.1 was released which forced me into being unable to continue playing. I came back for the free weekend and decided to attempt to give you my money once again, and I was shocked to see the same error. Has any work been done to resolve this issue?

I am uninterested in paying a premium to get a 60 day time card. I want the basic subscription for 30 days.
