Frontline Duty Interface Suggestions

First of all thank you Gm Kroyipi for all your help.

Second, there are several interface issues I have while conducting Frontlines.

1. Separate Duty-Finder HuD box from the quest log.
It would be very nice to be able to 'turn off' quests but still see the timer and team points. Currently this is all part of the same HuD object.

2. Allow subcommands on names while in Frontlines with the blacklist ability.
Several times there have been team mates that I find obnoxious, insulting and downright obscene. I don't want to listen to their macro spam or spews of filth and would rather ignore them so I can have some peace and quiet.

3. Make Alliance raid frames easier/customizable. It's currently difficult to heal members of a different alliance. It would be nice to customize the frames for a more concise box that displays buffs and debuffs for all players (if desired).
