Cleared Titan Extreme got the achievement, quest bugged and reset

So today I finally beat Titan extreme. You can look on my profile and view my achievements and see that I beat it. When I went to go turn the quest in it basically did not register that I beat it and tells me to go back to the aetheryte and re attune to enter the navel and fight titan extreme again. Is there anyway that a GM or someone can fix this so I can move on to ifrit extreme? I don't understand how I can have the achievement but the I can't turn the quest in. Any help anyone?? And before anyone says anything I know you have to go to maelstrom command to turn the quest in before going back to urianger. I did that, it just keeps telling me to re attune to the aetheryte and do it again. It's so frustratingly it took so much hard work to finally beat this and now the game bugged out on me.

Bump, I used the email support function and I got an email back saying they don't deal with in game issues, they directed me to fill out a bug report. I did, but the bug report says they don't respond to individual cases. So how am I supposed to get and resolution to this?????? I have attached a screen shot where it shows my achievement for defeating titan extreme. It still wants me to redo the quest in order to close it out. How is this possible? There has got to be some sort of better support for the amount of money I pay every month other than " We don't handle in game problems, fill out a bug report" That we get no response to and that doesn't even contact people on an individual basis. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS.

Seriously? Can she get no assistance from SE? We have both called, emailed, sent in a bug report and theres 0 support. Why do I pay 30 dollars a month for us to both play a game with no real in game support? Seriously just look at that link. How the hell can she have the achievement for beating titan extreme and still cant complete the quest? There has GOT to be a phone number I can call or someone needs to pick up this and put it in the current issues thread because im sick of getting the run around from customer service.

Honestly, just go beat Titan again. It's easier to beat it again than to wait on them anyway.
