No credit received for defeating Ifrit Extreme after 90000 error

Did a duty finder of Ifrit Extreme on 7/19/2014. Upon defeating the beast I received the achievement and proceeded to exit the duty. When exiting I got disconnect due to a 90000 error. After waiting a short period of time I logged back into the game to see that the Ifrit Ain't Broke quest did not register the defeat.

I am writing this post as I was instructed by a customer support ticket to do so.

Update:

I completed the objective a second time and still no update on the quest line and can't turn in.
