My achievements will NOT pop.
Mark of the Holt: B
Mark of the Desert: B

I''ve done SO MANY Hunts its crazy.

Please help?

Chances are you're killing some of the same multiple times. The achievements only count for killing different ones. Like killing Naul twice doesn't give one, but killing Mor Dhonas and Naul does
