This explains why my lustrate was on cooldown that one day...

Hah, that's an interesting bug/"design".
Yup, I hit up the temple one day and popped some lustrates hmmm, it's not working; I look at the spell & it's on CD... Was wondering what in the world.... Ya think it's a bug same applies with fairy Fey Glow and Fey Covenant although that might be intended to decrease the power of the fairy.
