Resurgence <<Bluth>> recruiting BRD or WHM/SCH for core raid groups.
EDIT: DRG position no longer available. We are now looking for a BRD, or alternatively, a SCH.
Recruiting a BRD for the main raid group in Resurgence, server 2nd T9 kill (cleared May 4th). You must have:
- i100+ average item level, preferably much closer to i110 by now. MUST have i110 weapon, period.
- Beaten T6-8 multiple times, and either beaten T9 or know the whole fight extensively
- Very high DPS, depending on your gear at least 350 DPS sustained, 380+ if very geared
- Good song usage. Know your class, casters shouldn't beg for Foe's, healers should be given MP if things are going poorly, T8 TP needs, etc.
- Must be very strong at dodging AoEs and performing mechanics. Wired connection a plus. Controller a negative; use a Naga, it's the only way to fly.
- Must be on PC. Prefer not on a laptop. No PS3 or PS4 by any means.
- Have a mic and be able to use it.
- Fast learner. Don't drag the group down after 5 pulls because you can't focus hard enough.
- Research fights. On top of that, always be on the lookout for new strategies or ways to improve; nothing's worse than sticking with a day 1 strategy because you don't want to spend 20 minutes learning a superior method.
- Have time on your hands. If you work night shifts, or have a sporadic schedule, no thank you.
- Be friendly. You don't have to flood the FC chat but being nice is nice. Take criticism well, no need to take things personally.
- Be able to switch FCs, obviously.
Also willing to accept a WHM/SCH instead. Most of the above would apply with the following stipulations:
- Must be willing to DPS when necessary or as we overgear content, preferably particularly well.
- Should be skilled enough to be able to solo heal overgeared content consistently if the farm method calls for it.
- In general a great healer.
