Cant retire to INN's in other places!

Hello,

I am level 36 and ive done up to level 33 main quests
I started in Limsa Lominsa

I have already unlocked INN's in Limsa Lominsa. But when i go to other places like Gridania and Uld'ah etc.... I can never retire to the INN's in those places!

Why is this?

I think this might be a bug - unlocking the Inn through completing the relevant storyline quest at level 10 should unlock it in all three cities at the same time. There have been cases of npcs not working properly in various places (usually connected to a quest), but this is the first time I've heard of the Inn npcs being broken. You should definitely post this in the Bug Reports section as it's something only a patch would probably be able to fix if it is indeed a bug which has broken those npcs.
