Ifrit Wall Piece was Deleted

Steps:
While in the housing menu, attempting to rotate a chair that was under the Ifrit wall hanging- i was unable to rotate the chair. I attempted to take it off the wall and return it to my inventory.

Upon using the return to inventory option i lost the piece completely. It was not in my inventory nor in the room. It had simply been deleted or lost.

Some items are meant to do that. Look at the description. It states that you cannot re-obtain it once it has been placed.

There some item you can't return or it be gone. So you would have to get other one and put it in your house.
