Just encountered some really weird exploiting / botting in WP

Two BLMs with only ~2500 hp each and a WHM ~3000 hp. I was on my WAR.

Boss music was already playing. I look on the map and both BLMs are already in the first boss's room. First thing I think is that I must have queued into a run already in progress, but I verified that the dungeon timer at 90:00 for a fresh run.

Next the WHM just takes off, he triggers the entrance story where the two hunters attack the level 35 tonberry, then he continues running, aggroing all the mobs until he dies.

Just out of curiosity, I followed him on his next run through all the mobs. After he died, I managed to stay alive until I got to the door before the first boss, which was still sealed shut.

At this point about 3 minutes had gone by (dungeon timer at 87:00) and the 2 BLMs were still in the 1st bosses room. Neither had taken any damage.

Normally i would report something like this rather than posting in general forums, but I am so confused that I don't even know what to say.
