Repair bug still persisting (PS3)

Steps:
- Popped and killed an Alexandrite Map
- Infused Materia onto my Sphere Scroll
- Dismissed Titan-Egi and my Chocobo
- Attempted Repair; animation went off but no items were repaired. Furthermore, I could not use any actions, items, or log out. (Error message: Unable to execute command while handling items)
- Found the nearest group of aggressive mobs to kill me so I could Return.

This issue has been around a while, and where me and another PS3 user I know was only getting it in laggier areas (Mor Dhona, Crystal Tower), it was OK to use in other instances and most field areas. The only other players nearby were a group of 3/4 popping their own Alexandrite maps so this was the first time the issue occurred in a non-laggy area.
