WHM seeking FC in NA

I'm a new player starting to think about wanting to join a North America-based FC. I'm currently on Faerie, will move for the right FC. I hope to second as a PLD once I hit the weekly grind-for-gear cap. :)

My ideal FC:
- keeps me busy with raids/fate hunts/etc but is not super serious about grinding along endgame. Relaxed, but not sit-around-FC-house-casual. I want to progress and have fun playing the game, and not feel like I'm under pressure. :)
- I work third shift or "graveyard", so an FC that's either big enough to always have folks on or is a nite krew. I play sometimes before work, sometimes after, and on my days off, definitely during those wee hours. I wouldn't mind a group or subgroup small enough to plan regular/semi-regular raid sessions. I used to be in a big Trek Online fleet, we planned events ahead of time and filled as many parties as we had people for.
- is friendly and forgiving, but not afraid to offer criticism; I'm still a noob and I love hearing advice!
