LONDON FFXIV FAN FESTIVAL - Please help

Hello,

I am going to buy tickets for the London Fan Festival. What time will the promotional code emails be sent out today?

I understand we can buy the tickets tomorrow with these codes, i have not received the code as of yet. Do i need to sign up to a mailing list or anything? or should i just recive an email as long as i have a current subscription?

Got a code through but I live in Hong Kong now, not the UK :/ Asked if they'd exchange for a Japan code, but not hopeful :(
