Into the Dark Ogre strategy

I dont know if this has been posted yet but something Doctor Mog made me look around at some videos. When this fight happens you have 1 ogre and several ghosts. One ghost will spin and absorb something (origin I am unsure of) then transfer it to the Ogre. I haven't been back to the Ogre to see if the ogre gets any buffs while this happens but I believe that this is the key for defeating the ogre. The time limit and difficulty doesn't match and the key to all this is for us to use our brains instead of just going in and trying to defeat the ogre in the standard way.
