Massive Lag Since Last Official Maintenance

Since the last "big" official maintenance patch, I've had unbearable lag in all instances, the main world zones - everything. I have a perfect connection, my wife who plays next to me seems to be fine - but I get very bad "internet" delay/lag. Tracert shows no issues, and my PC and connection are in excellent condition - but the way it is, the game is instantly unfun and unplayable. Until this is resolved, I can't play, and since I just re-subbed, I'm pretty miffed about the entire experience.

I'm on Mateus server, but obviously instances are inter-server. Is this a known issue? A location based issue (hard to believe, since my wife hasn't complained about any lag)? I want to make sure that this is being addressed quickly.

I also have been seeing stutters in large fates and instance dugeons.

and still seeing stutters. When I quit 8 months ago this problem was non-existent.

So my question to SE is..... HOW THE HELL can it get this much worse after months of complaints and 3 new dedicated mega-servers.........

Same exact problem, same server...

None of my crafting macros or healing macros work anymore because of these lag spikes.. Everything started after the last major maintenance..
