[Quest] Playing With Fire

In this Quest you are asked to light 3 camp fires in order to appease the fire elementals in the Black Shroud. The quest NPC marks 3 spots on your map where the fires need to be lit. Only one is marked at a time, and you don't have to light the one marked for it to count.

So I'm not sure if that is a bug or not, yes?

Also, it's quite annoying how far away they are from each other. If they must be, then mark all three at the same time so I can plan a route to each one and work my way there while doing other things.

Not too much to report other than during this Quest the PC is supposed to light 3 campfires and they are marked on the PC's map. The thing is any campfire can be lit and still count. Also, not really a bug but it's annoying that only one marker is place at a time. All three should be place at the same time. This way the PC can plan accordingly.
