Disabling Left-Click Camera

Hi. I find the ability to change camera orientation using left-click to not be useful for me. In fact it can end up preventing me from changing targets quickly in combat, I try to click on an enemy other than the one I am targeting, but since I am moving my mouse, however slightly, I frequently accidentally move my camera instead of changing my target.

I looked in the keybindings, it doesnt seem possible to change or disable that control. I also looked through all the other options that I thought might be able to help me, looked through every forum post with "camera" in the title, and poked around google.

Please, can someone tell me how to disable "Left-Click" camera control?
