On a serius track, you are speaking of beastmen settlements, so i suggest you to scout maps to find it, they are signed. I recall an ixali camp just south of camp glory for example, and some other in thanalan

They are in every zone but Mor Dhona, and are designated on your map by icons bearing their corresponding beastman tribe crest!

sorry i thought you're asking for bestmen the groom's bestman, didnt know you're asking Beastman instead.. :|

That's becuase he's also looking for bestman camps

Regarding beastmen and beastmen strongholds, I don't think it's a stretch to assume that we're going to see at least parts of O'Ghomoro, Xelphatol, and Paglith'an opening up in patch 1.19, being that those are the Kobold's, Ixal's, and Amal'ja's zones of origin respectively. This is based on a screenshot Yoshi-P showed us back in his 9th letter.

The fact that we're supposedly going to be getting the Ifrit battle in 1.19 as well, and he chills with his AJ homies in Paglith'an is probably more evidence for this point.

Hurray new mob grinding and quest zones!

What I assume the failed OP is doing is pointing to a random spelling error in either the game or the patch notes.
