Gil Not Being Given to Retainers

So, I'm on the Midgardsormr server and I'm a Level 42 Bard. Recently, I put up some Chocobo food for sale as well as some Materias. All-in-all, I sold roughly $45,000 in items and when I went to fetch the money from my retainer, her bank account was still 0.

Currently I have her out on a Venture -- would this prevent the money from showing up in her account? Is this a comment glitch/problem?

I've never bothered doing the math before, so I'm not sure if this has happened before or not either.

Any ideas?

Yeah, so logged back on and saw another Materia had sold and the $1,000 from that was in my retainer, but the $45,000 was a no show.

So, the game just steals money from you then?

Nobody else has encountered this?
