Dreaming of Beastmaster

Suggestion for beastmaster, Instead of controlling beasts, why not transform into the aquired beast and battle with specific movesets via leveling said beast? The beast-transformation could rank up like a choco. This will add massive skill and depth to the job, also interest.

The individual beast transformations could allow for field skills, such as radar for NMs, increased movement speed, ability to charm/rouse similar beasts nearby to assist in battle, ect! This could easily fit DPS, but tons of utility like SUM with tank, caster, and dps summons with respective beast transformations.

This may seem all powerful but the draw back of could be MP drain duing transformation, reverting to original state once MP gone. As for nontransformed beastmaster, possible hand-to-hand. Monk could be very closely conected to this job, pugilist 30/ arc 15 for upgrade. Or if later in the game, it could be a super class with Monk/ summoner both leveled as a requirement. Thoughts? :p
