i100 too i110?

I keep hearing ppl talk about the sands oil stuff to make the i100 gear into i110 but how do you do it after you get the sands? thanks;)

bring it to Gerolt in the north shroud. he has an apprentice now who will repair the items to their i110 state if you bring him it and an Allagan sand of time for armor and weapons, or an Allagan oil of time for shields and jewlery.

There's a guy next to Gerolt in North Shroud. Forgot his name, but he turns i100 soldiery stuff into i110 soldiery stuff.

Thanks a bunch ^^ and last the best way to get this stuff is the new tower right? {won't bother with hunts} thanks to all who take the time to tel me stuff :P

From what I've been seeing of the Gerolt armor, it might be better to save those items and go for some of the new Tower and dungeon drops.

You can only get oils from ST, You can't get sands. (yet)

They're currently only obtainable via T8, T9 and hunts.
