Upcoming Private Housing suggestion(s) Neighborhoods

To be honest i dont know all that much about the upcoming feature with Private Player Housing (Private Estates), but i know of a few things i would love to be included.

Now, either the Private housing will be in completely new instances for those estates only, or they will simply continiue on in the FC Estate instances.

My "suggestion" would be the option to move the current FC estate into a whole new instance and let members buy the lots around it for their Private housing.
Or at least have a way of having the FC members have their houses in one (or more depending on FC size) instance.

FC neighborhoods in other words.

You must be in a free company and it cost 300,000 gil to buy.. Im hoping it adds some summon powers like the dlc Home turf in Dc Universe or something you can use outside the house. I pray cosmetics is not all it is.

@malgus I absolute love the idea of an FC neighbourhoods , that's what worried us, is that we have a wonderful FC house but if everyone bought a house elsewhere, the FC house would never even be looked so again.

@marcu18 that's personal rooms, not personal housing which is a feature coming soon

Oh!!! Well…... thats my hopes, prayers and dreams for the feature thats coming soon.
