Opened chocobo stable interface
Fed 1 krakka to chocobo Nivaeh (rank 3)
Got an error message along the lines of "Chocobo cannot gain anymore experience points."
Krakka gone from inventory.

This happened to me twice and another in my FC at least once that I know of. We discovered that the chocobo needed to be removed from the stable and leveled up in the open world by fighting 1 mob. Put back into the stable, feeding it worked fine.

My issue is that the food was wasted. Can we get something along the lines of fertilizing a garden too soon (error message but the fertilizer is not used)that does NOT use the chocobo food?
