Display Issue

I am Having a display issue in certain areas. I have tired different drivers, changed refresh settings, display settings, but I cant seem to get the problem to go away. I noticed this after a GPU upgrade. I went from a nvida gtx 550 ti to a gtx 750 ti. I have a youtube video of the display issue:

The only time I have the issue is when there is fog or mist, its like trying to render both the fog/mist and whatever is under it in the same space. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

I don't think FFXIV's engine does alpha blending very well. My first clue was the insanely ugly moire effect used when you stealth. I get the feeling there might be some sort of driver optimization conflicting with the code for FFXIV's transparent textures. See if there are any filtering optimization enabled in your drivers and try disabling them. Make sure you have the latest drivers, as well.

Same problem here, as well as many others with Nvidia cards, still waiting for a fix. The cards are not defective and this only started happening with the patch.
