Cascadier uniform voucher?!

Or whatever the name is, what you get as veteran rewards on your second month...Where do i exchange that?!

In Mor Dhona at Rowena's Stall. One of the NPCs there tradest he vouchers and some other stuff.

Would I have to be a certain level? I have 2 envelopes promising some sort of uniform, but I was never sure where to go to redeem it.

Mor dhona is endgame territory above fallgourd float outside of north Gridania. It may be tricky running past the high level monsters. Just keep running lol.
Once in the snowscape make a left cross the river keep going straight til you see the footbridge. Make another left and run like hell for the green boundary line.
