PS3 version failing to launch

Been fine since patch, (had 1 random disconnect), and had no problem playing Sat. However, when I tried to fire it up today it tells me: Cannot launch please enter promotional code (will not require re DL). I press X and then it says PSN is undergoing maintenance. Which it isn't, I played several ranked matches of Street Fighter to make sure PSN was ok. So I click X, and then I get the first message, click X, get the 2nd message, etc. etc.

Has anyone else encountered this issue at all and know a remedy? I figured I'd try here first before trying to get ahold of SE.

PSN is down on my end. I can't even access the store.
