Hunting load priority?

so i went to my first S rank today couldn't see a thing except a bunch of garudas and Eos, like wtf why are these things loading first? i managed to get 30 seals thanks to one circle of scorn getting lucky and hitting not sure what the full reward is

It was an issue before, they put in a fix, then they released this without that fix, someone really should be fired for that screw up, maybe if they did that it would light some fires and we wouldn't get quite as many screw up in the future.

Even on PS4, I see countless Garuda Egi's and fairies before the actual mob. What the actual f, Square Enix? Do we need to wait another patch for load priority for this as well?
