Can I dye armor ilvl 100 bought with Soldiery Marks?

If I can.. how can I do that?

The original ilvl 100 weathered soldiery gear cannot be dyed. Once you upgrade it with a Sands of Time it turns into the non-weathered version of the gear and goes to ilvl 110. After you upgrade it, it becomes able to be dyed.

I was not aware it can be dyed! oh man now I really want a Sands of Time or five...
