[Recruitment] Legion of Madfellows <MAD> FC (House,Stables,TS3)

The Legion of Madfellows <MAD> Free Company on Siren is actively recruiting!

We are currently a small knit group of active individuals looking to broaden our horizons and get a lot more people on board. We're Rank 6, on the verge of Rank 7, with a small house located in the Goblet. Our house has been equipped with Choco Stables to rest and train your trusty steed, and have a perfect place to build your own private room!

We focus on both the Casual and the Hardcore, not really focused on anything in general, but touch on a bit of everything. We want to share our FC with more MAD minded people and have fun! Very active Teamspeak 3 Server!

Joined up with this group recently, and I have to say.. I've enjoyed my time very much with them so far. Very, very laid back and easy to get along with, and they're always willing to help people out, no matter what it is. Just last night, the FC Leader, Tj Quack, ran T5 with one of the newer members so said newer member could get a Clear on T5. While running it, he was very active over the FC channel with pointers and Need-To-Know information to help said new member get the clear.

We're also planning to do a little Hunting Party on Sunday August 24th, 2014. So this would be a good chance for people to come out and see what MAD is about. If you like laughs, playing the game to have fun, and enjoying the company of those you game with.. then MAD is for you.

Oh, and we're now a Rank 8 Free Company, still in The Goblet, with Stables, Material and Mender Merchants, Servant Bell, Mailbox, an Aetheryte Crystal on the property, and are saving up towards a Medium Sized FC House.

Bump bump! Just putting this out there -- two nights ago we did an FC clear of Garuda Ex, with the assistance of two friends that are in another FC. 4 of the 8 people in party got first time clears on Garuda Ex; myself included. We tried for 3 hours each night, for 2 nights before getting the clear. To many this may seem too long, but we were running the fight with half of the group being relatively new to it. We're also working on setting up a Static Coil group. If you're looking for a laid back, easy to get along with, and fun going group of people that really enjoy helping each other advance and improve.. then definitely check us out. Are you still recruiting? I've only been playing for roughly 3 months and still a little new but I've made good progress and am dedicated to helping any way I can. Will even lvl a certain job if the FC needs it. Please let me know, thanks.

Yup! Still actively recruiting... Destiny has stolen some of our active members for the time being, but they've assured us it's not permanent! If you log on and it's a little quiet, I assure you, that's out of the norm!

For anyone else still looking for a FC to call home, let me clear up a few things, questions I've been asked in the past:

* We're not solely focused on End Game content right now, however it is definitely in the list of "want to do". If you're looking for a FC that grinds or farms high lvl content... we're probably not the right fit for you. We'd still love to have you with us, just don't expect to be clearing Coils or Primal Exes on a regular basis.

* Focused more on Casual gaming, but much more active then what a "Casual" gamer is traditionally seen as. We've dabbled in a bit of everything, including a lot of relic runs, grinding soldiery, levelling alts, and even clearing a little bit of end game content. We don't have any organized statics up yet.

* Working hard on saving some gil to get a medium house... getting closer every day!

* Our Teamspeak server can get quite busy at times, as we still hang out with people from other FC's. We like to make friends, and although we'd really like to have everyone in our FC, we know that's not possible. That being said, if you ever find our chatter is getting overly distracting, feel free to use our dedicated channels for dungeon running etc.

* YES, we'll help you out! Especially if you're new to the game, we'll do our best to get you up to speed! However, please realize that we're all working on our own things, and might not always be available to give you a hand. We'll describe stuff as best we can, but there are times that we're not going to be able to party with you. Fortunately, we all have some pretty good links for guides and what not, but no big secrets. Our google-fu is strong, but I guarantee most of the stuff we're asked is a search engine result away!

* Finally, be respectful with the people you play with. Disrespect won't be tolerated. We've all become good friends, and we'd love for you to find yourself a cozy place within our (dys)functional family. If you're going to be a big ol' negative nancy and start problems though... I guarantee it won't last long!
